Swimming Lessons

Since 1994 children and adults have learnt to swim at Sligo Regional Sports Centre.

We offer top standards of teaching. All swimming teachers at the Centre are fully qualified and are dedicated to passing on swimming skills to their classes that will encourage a lifetime love of the water.

See below for details on our swim lesson levels or give us a call to arrange a complimentary swimming assessment during any of our public swim times.

Children in our lessons are giving priority on bookings.
