Perfect for absolute beginners, this level helps you build confidence in the water and prepares you for a lifelong journey of swimming success. Our beginner’s class in in the shallow end of the pool.
It’s never too late to learn how to swim or build on your current skills! Our adult swimming lessons are perfect for beginners getting started in the water or experienced swimmers looking to refine their technique.
We offer top standards of teaching. All swimming teachers at the Centre are fully qualified and are dedicated to passing on swimming skills to their classes that will encourage a lifetime love of the water.

Learn more advanced techniques and develop stronger swimming proficiency. Our improvers lessons take place in the middle of the pool.
Who is this level for:
Refine your stroke mechanics and build endurance to take your skills to the next level. Our Advanced class takes part in the deep end of the pool.
